Aftab-E-Sarangi Sabri Khan
The Great Ustad Sabri Khan introduced Sarangi to the audiences around the world, and performed for India’s Independence on 15th Aug 1947.
In Dec. 2018 Govt. of India has honoured Ustad Sabri Khan by releasing a postage stamp in his memory. Ustad Sabri Khan performed the first ever Sarangi and western Violin Jugalbandi with Sir Yehudi Menuhin and he was invited as a visiting professor at Washington University in USA.
